TUITION & GRANTS
Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year will remain the same as 2024-25 at $12,500 per student.
The price of tuition covers approximately 68% of the cost to operate the school, therefore we rely on parent/guardian volunteering efforts to help us cover the remaining percent of cost through several fundraising events including, but not limited to, Bingo (weekly volunteer slots available), our annual Golf Tournament, annual Gala dinner/auction, and Concessions at St. Mary's High School sporting events.
St. Mary's High School uses FACTS as a tool for our Tuition Assistance Management Program, as is consistent with the Catholic schools in the Diocese of Colorado Springs. For families seeking tuition assistance, please complete a FACTS application as soon as possible to determine eligibility. The application process for FACTS determination opens on December 1st of each year, for the following school year.
ASSISTANCE
Providing a rigorous Catholic education to your child requires investment. We do not want finances to deter you from choosing St. Mary's and other Catholic schools. GRANTS
ACE Scholarship -- provides partial tuition funding to families based on family size and income level. See their online Guidelines for more information. Applications for an ACE Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year open on February 15th and close on April 15th. You must have completed a FACTS application before you can apply for an ACE Scholarship.
Parents Challenge -- provides partial private school tuition funding per year for low-income families. See their Guidelines for more information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You decide:
Pay in Full -- pay tuition in full by July 5 through your Parent Portal account to receive a $300 discount off tuition. Tuition payments are made through your Parent Portal account on Finalsite. Please note that Tuition Assistance recipients do not qualify for this discount.
Two Payments -- pay half by July 5 then pay second half by December 5 to receive a $150 discount off the December payment. Tuition payments are made through your Parent Portal account on Finalsite. Please note that Tuition Assistance recipients do not qualify for this discount.
Monthly Payments -- grades 9, 10, 11 pay over 12 months (July-June). Tuition payments are made through your Parent Portal account on Finalsite.
Senior Monthly Payments -- grade 12 pays over 10 months (July - April). Tuition payments are made through your Parent Portal account on Finalsite.
FINALSITE
St. Mary's High School uses an online program called Finalsite to simplify the application and enrollment processes for parents/guardians. Finalsite uses a Checklist to track the student's application process, enroll/re-enrollment forms, tuition contract, and payment of tuition & incidentals.
